Davies, G. Christopher. Locks. circa 1880's. 4 1/2 x 6 inch gravure on larger sheets. Engraved by T. & R. Annan, Glasgow. Davies is known for his books on the Norfolk Broads. Davies was a Naturalist photographer in the style of P. H. Emerson. Since both Emerson and Davies lived and worked in the same area, it is likely that they knew of each others work.
